Four Loss Control Consultants that work for you and are available to assist CompTrust AGC Mutual Captive Insurance Company members in the following areas:

• The development, implementation and administration of a comprehensive safety program for all member job sites.
• The development, implementation and administration of a substance abuse program that will enable the member to obtain a premium discount on their workers' compensation annual premium.
• Members receive a minimum of two site safety inspections of their job sites annually.  For each inspection conducted, the member receives a documented report of the findings of each inspection and recommendations for correction of deficiencies.
• CompTrust AGC Mutual Captive Insurance Company members who utilize the complimentary AGC Site Safety Training Van service will receive an additional site safety inspection each time the van is used on one of their job sites.
• Loss Control Consultants are always available to answer questions concerning general safety rules, OSHA compliance and workers' compensation benefits.

OSHA Inspection Assistance From CompTrust AGC Mutual Captive Insurance Company 

The mission of the Loss Control Department of CompTrust AGC Mutual Captive Insurance Company is to assist members in becoming the safest contractors in the state. We are dedicated to assisting our members comply with OSHA construction standards, and keeping job related injuries to a minimum.  The following services are provided for CompTrust AGC Mutual Captive Insurance Company members when needed.

• A CompTrust AGC Mutual Captive Insurance Company Loss Control Consultant will provide guidance to the member should their jobsite be inspected by OSHA.  Time permitting between notification of visit and distance in travel, a consultant can be on site during the OSHA visit to assist the contractor's personnel with the OSHA inspection and help answer questions.
• If cited, a CompTrust AGC Mutual Captive Insurance Company Loss Control Consultant will advise the member on the course of action that should be taken and will accompany any cited member to an OSHA informal conference to ensure all avenues are exhausted to received the best possible results. 

CompTrust AGC Mutual Captive Insurance Company's Employee Safety Training

Employee safety training is provided at the Georgia Branch, AGC headquarters in Atlanta or at a member's desired location.  With the exception of the OSHA 10-hour Construction Competency* course's minimal fee, all classes taught by Affinity Service Group Loss Control Personnel can be attended by CompTrust AGC Mutual Captive Insurance Company members at no cost.
